Treatments for Medicate or Not?

When our pediatrician suggested medication for our son, two years ago, we just knew it was the right treatment for him. After trial and error we finally found the medication that works best for him and he's doing great. I know many parents do not come to this decision as easily as my husband and I did. The decision to place your child on medication for ADHD can be a difficult one. Also, rather than medication, some parents treat their child's ADHD with herbal/natural remedies. Still other us the diet/nutrition approach. Below are a few links listing the different treatment options currently available. I hope you come to a decision that you, as a parent, know is best for your child.
