Parent's IEP Report has a 16 page document entitled "Parent's IEP Report." This is a free document that you are welcome to print and use as you prepare for your child's IEP meeting. Information is included about the following topics:

  • inclusion

  • changing the IEP meetings to change the outcomes

  • determining your child's strengths and needs

  • writing goals

  • related services

  • modifications and and adaptations

  • appropriate placement

This site also offers additional article that you may find useful while preparing for an IEP meeting: "Tips for Getting What Your Child Needs, and "Ten Common Mistakes Parents Make During the IEP Meeting."
